<title>Day of the Deployed</title>

<description><![CDATA[The Day of the Deployed began Oct. 26 2006, by Soldiers' Angels, a nonprofit organization that aids deployed American military personnel and their families. In 2010, 40 states had joined the effort by passing similar proclamations.
